Tamairicha Tokusen #tea

Tamairicha teas are from western Japan. They are made from curved leaves and are roasted unlike sencha which is steamed. The liquor is yellowish. The taste is strong with a sweet mild roasted flavour and a high amount of "gan" taste (bittersweet taste that all good tea has).
