It's 'smart' business, that is all.

I started self publishing online in 2023. I added #Nostr this past Spring/Summer.

At the end of the year, it is my custom to print all my published work and bind it in duotangs.

This year I have more than 200 pages printed on both sides of haiku, as well as 3 other duotangs containing poetry, sutra commentary/Zen pieces, tanka and haibun.

past writing: my haiku and poetry begins in cahiers. inside, they look like chicken scratch. once i fill one, it's rubber-banded and goes on a shelf.

i should be printing more of my 2024 work so i can complete archiving the year by the end of the month however, i'm on #nostr posting photos of old cahiers.
